Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ag Drone Sprayers(the “Service”), an online marketplace and directory that helps farmers find for-hire agricultural drone-spraying operators and request quotes. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ag Drone Sprayers is an independent directory and lead-generation marketplace. We help farmers discover operators and connect with them. We are not a party to any agreement between a farmer and an operator, we do not perform spraying services, and we do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, or availability of any operator. Any contract for services is solely between the farmer and the operator.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Some listings are created from publicly available information (for example, FAA Part 137 / Part 107 records and other public registries) before an operator has joined. We work to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that they are complete or error-free.

If you are an operator, you may claim your listing to manage it, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add. You represent that you hold the licenses, certifications, and insurance required to operate legally in your area. Farmers use the Service for free. Operators may receive a limited number of free leads per month and may subscribe to a paid plan for additional features and unlimited leads. Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel an active subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change plan features and pricing prospectively on notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or requests;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy listings or contact data;
• Use the Service to send spam or to contact operators or farmers for purposes unrelated to a genuine spraying inquiry;
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Operators are solely responsible for their own licensing, certifications, insurance, and compliance with all applicable aviation, pesticide, and agricultural regulations. We do not independently verify every operator and make no guarantee about any operator or the outcome of any spraying work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ag Drone Sprayers and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ag Drone Sprayers from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ag Drone Sprayers is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that may be brought in court will be the state or federal courts located in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
