Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ag Drone Sprayers(“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our agricultural drone-spraying marketplace. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

• Quote requests from farmers: your name, contact details, location (such as city, ZIP, or coordinates), crop, and acreage, plus anything you include in your message.
• Operator accounts: business name, contact details, service area, licensing/certification info you choose to add, and listing content.
• Public business data: we build some operator listings from publicly available sources (for example FAA Part 137 / Part 107 records and other public registries).
• SMS opt-in: if an operator turns on Text alerts, we store their mobile number and opt-in status so we can send lead-alert texts. This is optional — see our SMS Terms.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the Service is used, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Newsletter signups: if you sign up for email updates, we store your email address, an optional farmer/operator preference, and where you signed up. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

• To deliver quote requests from farmers to relevant operators;
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To process operator subscriptions and payments;
• To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing emails;
• To send optional email newsletters to people who sign up, until they opt out;
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with the law.

When a farmer submits a quote request, the details are shared with the operator(s) matched to that request so they can respond. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions;
• Resend — transactional and notification email;
• Twilio — SMS delivery for operator text alerts;
• Vercel & Neon — hosting and database.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and operators may claim or remove a listing. To make a request, email hello@agdronesprayers.com or use our data & listing removal page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
