What drone spraying costs by state
Where you farm moves the price more than anything else. A typical row-crop pass runs about $11 an acre in Arkansas, $12.50 in Iowa, $18 in California and $25 in Rhode Island. Orchards, vineyards and specialty crops run higher because they take 5–10 gallons of water per acre, against about 2 for Midwest corn and soybeans. The states with the most operators:
| State | Operators | Row crops, per acre | Cost guide |
