Text Alerts & SMS Terms

Ag Drone Sprayers (operated by Strata UAV LLC) offers an optional Text alerts program for operators who list their drone-spraying business on our marketplace. It sends a text message to an operator when a farmer submits a matching quote request (a “lead”), and when the status of one of their leads changes. These are transactional, account-related notifications for business users — not consumer marketing. Enrolling is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or of using the Service.

Consent to receive texts is given by the operator, for their own mobile number, through these steps:

1. Create an operator account and add a mobile number to your listing.
2. Open your operator dashboard and go to Settings → Notifications.
3. Turn on the Text alerts toggle — it is off by default — and click Save preferences.

The Notifications screen shows this disclosure next to the toggle before you enable it:

“By turning on Text alerts you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (lead alerts and lead status updates) from Ag Drone Sprayers at the mobile number on your listing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.”

Because opt-in happens inside an authenticated operator account, only the signed-in operator can enable texts to their own number — we never add a number on someone's behalf.

You may receive texts such as:

• New lead alerts — e.g. “New Ag Drone Sprayers lead: near Fresno, CA, corn, spraying, 120 ac. John Farmer (559) 555-1234. Details: agdronesprayers.com/dashboard/leads — reply STOP to opt out”
• Lead status updates when a farmer or operator updates a request you're part of.

Message frequency varies with your lead volume — you receive a message each time a matching lead arrives or a lead's status changes, so there is no fixed number per week or month.

Message and data rates may apply. Ag Drone Sprayers does not charge for the texts themselves; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

• Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop all texts to that number. You can also turn the Text alerts toggle off in your dashboard at any time.
